Driving Expectations:

Tech I (AM) students are NOT permitted to drive to or from the Center.

Our primary sending schools provide transportation for their students to and from WRVC, as do the majority of our secondary sending schools. If transportation is not provided, the Director and the sending school administrator will discuss transportation solutions.

Tech II (PM)

Students interested in driving should notify their sending school principal. Each primary sending school- Bonny Eagle, Gorham, Windham– is allotted (8) parking spots this year. Scarborough High School requires students to ride the bus. Westbrook High School students are required to follow the WHS parking permit process. Secondary sending schools receive parking on an as-needed basis. Principals will share the names of students allowed to drive with the WRVC Director. Students receiving this privilege will park closest to the tennis courts in the lower parking lot along the football field once they have submitted their permit application to WRVC. There is no student parking in the upper lots. Prior approval from the WRVC Director is required for special consideration to drive under the following circumstances:

  • Working on personal vehicles in Auto

  • Before and/or after school make-up

We cannot wait to see all the great things our students will accomplish this year. WRVC is more than a school; it’s a community where passion meets purpose, and we’re proud to support each of our students as they take these important steps toward their futures. At WRVC, students are empowered to gain real-world skills, explore career pathways, and prepare for a successful future. We are proud and excited to open our doors and kick off what promises to be a fantastic new school year!

Here’s to a safe, productive, and inspiring year ahead!

Warmly,

The WRVC Administrative Team
